I totally agree with this reviewer. They post two 17 year old girls at the front podium, in effect, running or ruining their business. They were reluctant to seat us where we wanted, the waitress complained that she was tired because she had been there all day, etc.. etc.. They got our order all fouled up, and never checked back with us. I had to go to the bar for extra drinks, went to the waitress station for extra napkins, etc. terrible experience- Is follow up to post by tfishcj ...
Service was absolutely RUDE. The waitress had to be removed for her rude demeanor! SNOT, obnoxious, and made a complete ass of herself. Tables around us quickly tuned in to the abrasiveness she displayed. Manager gave us a minimal discount for our embarressment and ruined dinner. I made it quite clear we were NOT just tourists, rather residents and that WORD GETS OUT on customer service. Food was ok, service was TERRIBLE, and if you want to chance an evening ruined, by all means waist your money here. We found that the second time of this experience at the same place means -DO NOT DINE HERE! -- 6/3/2003 10:57:25 AM
